He's Been Faithful

When the song He’s been faithful was sung in the church last Sabbath, I was totally touched by the song. Not only the melody was good, but the entire lyrics were meaningful to me. Yes, God has been faithful to me all this while evn when I just don’t realize His present within me, but somehow I just know He’s there. Past 4months I was contemplating on my biggest decision in life. It is regarding my future. My family prayed without ceasing asking God to give His answer to us. To me, I might not know what answer He’s giving but, by just a simple faith in Him, He will deliver you to good things. Faith means everything. I trust God because I have faith in Him.

He’s Been Faithful
In my loneliness and fear, through every pain every tear

There's a God who's been faithful to me
When my strength was all gone, when my heart had no song
Still my God has been faithful to me
Every word He promised is true
What I thought was impossible
I've seen my God do

He's been faithful, faithful to me
Just looking back His love and mercy I see
When in my heart I have questioned
And failed to believe
He's been faithful, faithful to me
When my heart looked away, the many times I could not pray
Even then He's been faithful to me

The days I've spent so selfishly, reaching out for what pleased me
Still in love He's been faithful to me
And every time I come back to Him
I see Him waiting with His open arms and I know once again
He's been faithful, faithful to meJ
ust looking back His love and mercy I see
When in my heart I have questioned
And failed to believe
He's been faithful, faithful to me

Here I would like to share a Daily Devotion about Faith.
Have faith in God!

A Throne in Every Heart

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith. Eph. 3: 17.

God has bought us, and He claims a throne in each heart. Our minds andbodies must be subordinated to Him, and the natural habits and appetitesmust be made subservient to the higher wants of the soul. But we can placeno dependence upon ourselves in this work. We cannot with safety follow ourown guidance. The Holy Spirit must renew and sanctify us. In God's servicethere must be no halfway work. When the heart is cleansed from sin, Christ is placed on the throne thatself- indulgence and love of earthly treasure once occupied. The image ofChrist is seen in the expression of the countenance. The work ofsanctification is carried forward in the soul. Self- righteousness isbanished. There is seen the putting on of the new man, which after Christ iscreated in righteousness and true holiness. "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit ofthe Lord" (2 Cor. 3: 18). Beholding Christ means studying His life as givenin His Word. We are to dig for truth as for hidden treasure. We are to fixour eyes upon Christ. When we take Him as our personal Saviour, this givesus boldness to approach the throne of grace. By beholding we become changed, morally assimilated to the One who is perfect in character. By receiving Hisimputed righteousness, through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, webecome like Him. The image of Christ is cherished, and it captivates thewhole being. The upward progress of the soul indicates that Jesus bears rule in theheart. That heart through which He diffuses His peace and joy, and theblessed fruits of His love, becomes His temple and His throne. "Ye are myfriends," says Christ, "if ye do whatsoever I command you" (John 15: 14). Give to God the most precious offering that it is possible for you to make;give Him your heart.
