K.U.G

i realize that this week has been only a topic about KUG. but, today i've finally decided to just end the topic. anyways, i couldn't be bothered about KUG always. because it will somehow makes me crazy and not to focus on the things that i should be focusing. yes, maybe there are things right in front of my face that i couldn't see at all and i missed it just because of KUG. to tell you the truth KUG isn't that going ga-ga kind feeling. it's just normal and doesn't drive me that crazy. uh well... to a certain point.

So, now i officially stop talking about KUG.

i just like this feeling

I guess I'm in attracted to something. something which makes me dying to see it. i miss that something everyday. when i close my eyes that something is always in front of me, smiling like a sunshine. i use to call that thing "Sunshine". it is like, it would brighten my day. whenever i think of it, i would smile like for a minute. i just love this feeling that I'm feeling towards it. no one knows that i like ... except for E and V.

oh i finally found someone

I finally found someone, that knocks me off my feet I finally found the one, that makes me feel complete We started over coffee, we started out as friends It's funny how from simple things, the best things begin

This time it's different, dah dah dah dah It's all because of you, dah dah dah dah It's better than it's ever been 'Cause we can talk it through Oohh, my favorite line was "Can I call you sometime?" It's all you had to say to take my breath away

This is it, oh, I finally found someone Someone to share my life I finally found the one, to be with every night 'Cause whatever I do, it's just got to be you My life has just begun I finally found someone, ooh, someone I finally found someone, oooh

Whatever I do, it's just got to be you My life has just begun I finally found someone

What Makes A Malaysian A Malaysian

What Makes A Malaysian A Malaysian?

a.) A typical young Malaysian can name all the players from a top English Premier League club, but ask him to name one football player from Malaysia, he cannot!
b.) When StreamyX come, you complain StreamyX too slow. When Maxis Broadband come, you complain Maxis Broadband always disconnects. When WiMax come, you complain Wimax too expensive. In the end, you say StreamyX still the best lah.
c.) When highway toll price increase, you complain. When petrol price increase, you complain. When you go Starbucks buy RM10 coffee, NO COMPLAINTS.
d.) When you cannot find parking in a shopping mall and have to walk very far, you complain. When you go inside the shopping mall and there’s SALE, run from one end of 1Utama to the other, that one NO COMPLAINT.
e.) You are always late. And the excuse you give when you’re late is always either: (a) traffic jam (b) no transport or (c) cannot find parking.
f.) You have a parent who forces you to take science stream in high school, study engineering in Uni, then when you graduate, they ask you to forget everything you learnt in Uni and do commerce.
g.) You know someone who can specially develop an angmoh accent when speaking to an American / British / Australian.
h.) You complain against the government in kopitiam, you talk loud loud. Leave anonymous comments on blogs, you also talk loud loud. Attend ceremah by DAP, you shout loud loud. Then when Opposition organise a protest and ask you to go, you dun wan. Scared later kena tangkap by ISA.
i.) Every year on the 30th April, you are one of the people below queuing up last minute to submit your tax return at the IRB.
j.) When you pay RM10 for something that costs RM1, you blame the Chinese.
When a government service is too slow, you blame the Malays.
When a building is not good and collapsed, you blame the Indians.
k.) When a Chinese student won a scholarship, you say ‘Wah! Very clever hor?’ When a Malay student won a scholarship, you say ‘Aiya! Of course lah! He Malay mah!’
l.) When an angmoh stranger kisses you on the cheek to say hello, you very happy. When a Malaysian guy kisses you on the cheek to say hello, you slap him on the face.

Funny.

I AM SO HAPPY AND I CAN'T STOP SMILING

CAN I JUST ANNOUNCED IT WORLD WIDE THAT I AM SO DAMN HAPPY....!!!

YES I AM HAPPY...

I JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT IT REALLY HAPPEN AND IT'S JUST LIKE THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPEN THIS YEAR.

WOULDN'T IT BE BETTER IF IT PROCEED TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

HMMM.... HOW COULD IT EVER HAPPEN

I JUST PRAY FOR IT

Flaxseed Oil

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy just browse out some stuffs for health and beauty purposes. I bought body scrub, lotion for my skin and flaxseed oil supplement. ok, im satisfied with what am i spending at. now, i've taken like two doses of my flaxseed oil supplement. to tell you the truth, i'm actually puchasing flaxseed oil (FO) for my hair, skin and nails. hehehe... i can't wait for crowning glory to grow and be shinny and healthy. and my nails to be strong for nail extension ans also my skin to stay in a smooth complexion.

This i got from http://www.kordels.com/product/food_supplements_details/53

Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in flaxseed oil help control cholesterol levels by helping HDL cholesterol (the beneficial cholesterol) to remove LDL cholesterol from the arteries and return it to the liver for removal. HDL cholesterol travels smoothly through the blood stream and is converted into bile salts, the mechanism by which the body controls cholesterol levels.

REDUCING BLOOD STICKINESS
Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids also help maintain the fluid nature of blood, by controlling the tendency of the blood to form clots in the veins and arteries.

STRENGHTEN CELL MEMBRANES ... HEALING & REPAIR
Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids help to strengthen cell membranes which make them more fluid and flexible allowing them to exchange materials between inner and outer cell membrane layers more effectively. Fluid and flexible cell membranes also help the building of new tissue and the speeding of the healing process.

BRAIN FUNCTION
Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids aid brain function by assisting transmission and reception of nerve impulses between the brain cells Lack of essential fatty acids (EFA) can cause a reduction in number and size of brain cells and reduce the communication between the brain cells and thus affect learning, growing and thinking.
Low levels or imbalances of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids may affect cell function and result in problems associated in many of the degenerative conditions seen today.
A study by Rudin in the US has shown that omega 3 fatty acid deficiency may be a significant factor in the onset of some mental illnesses.

PROSTAGLANDINS - THE HEALTH CONTROLLERS
The omega 3 fatty Acids ALA, DHA and EPA are converted to Prostaglandins E3 (PGE3) in the body. A prostaglandin is a fat based compound that is made by our body from the fatty acids that we eat. They are mediators and affect many of the body's physiological functions. These include the inflammatory, healing and repair processes, the immune system, the neural circuits in the brain, cardiovascular, digestive and reproductive systems, the body thermostat and calorie loss mechanisms.

CORRECTS OMEGA 3 AND 6 IMBALANCE
The natural diet of early humans provides an approximately equal amounts of omega 3 and 6 in their diet.
The relationship and balance of omega 3 to 6 is critcial as they check each other in a delicate balance to regulate the many metabolite processes through the prostagladin pathways. Omega 3 is generally anti-inflammatory whereas omega 6 is proflammation.
Diets and body chemistry that is high in omega 6 stimulates pro-inflammatory pathways in the body. Dominant omega 6 situations can result in chronic inflammation, propagation of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and auto immunity. In fact studies have shown that the incidence of over 50 illnesses is correlated to a deficency in omega 3 fatty acids.
As modern diet and food preparations favour a greater ingestion of omega 6 as compared to omega 3, flaxseed oil provides a convenient high omega 3 content oil to help to reduce the imbalance between omega 3 and 6.
In addition, the omega 9 in flaxseed oil also has many preventative qualities as its main component, oleic acid, helps to reduce the risk of arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease and stroke.

PREVENTION OF EYE-RELATED PROBLEMS
Recent research has shown that a higher intake of omega 3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD is a disease associated with aging that gradually destroys sharp, central vision. Omega 3 fatty acid, and particularly DHA plays an important role in the layer of the nerve cells in the retina, thus a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids can help reduce the risk of AMD.
Omega 3 fatty acids can also prevent dry eye syndrome (DES), as omega 3 is able to reduce the inflammation of the tear glands, and the surface of the eye that has been associated with DES. DES is a problem where there is an insufficient amount of tears to moisten the front surface of the eye.

What I do every morning before getting to work

Style Feeder

The first and the foremost thing I do everyday once I reached the office were checking my emails, my personal email and my company email. Then, I logged on Staronline for news and also on Yahoo news and then blog... today, style feeder mailed me. And "Tie one on with a cinched-waist dress that draws attention to your itty-bitty middle, then trot out some cut-out sandals or booties for a little modern edge" -stylefeeder

"Booties and sandals have been hot for awhile...so it was probably inevitable that someone would eventually develop a hybrid of the two, complete with creative cut-outs. We first started seeing them last fall, but they make such a great transition to spring when paired with skinny jeans or diaphanous dresses" -stylefeeder Cut-outs? they are for long legs. not exactly... short legs like eva wearing cut-outs. and even sarah. from stylefeeder, they said pair those cinched waist dress with cut-outs sandals to make you look modern, especially the bright coloured ones.

A cinched waists dress isn't always my fav. nahhhh.... i never even have them in my closet. when I got stylefeeder today, I found out it might be interesting if i could wear them and not only it creates that hour-glass figure but also to show that LBD.

He's Been Faithful

When the song He’s been faithful was sung in the church last Sabbath, I was totally touched by the song. Not only the melody was good, but the entire lyrics were meaningful to me. Yes, God has been faithful to me all this while evn when I just don’t realize His present within me, but somehow I just know He’s there. Past 4months I was contemplating on my biggest decision in life. It is regarding my future. My family prayed without ceasing asking God to give His answer to us. To me, I might not know what answer He’s giving but, by just a simple faith in Him, He will deliver you to good things. Faith means everything. I trust God because I have faith in Him.

He’s Been Faithful
In my loneliness and fear, through every pain every tear

There's a God who's been faithful to me
When my strength was all gone, when my heart had no song
Still my God has been faithful to me
Every word He promised is true
What I thought was impossible
I've seen my God do

He's been faithful, faithful to me
Just looking back His love and mercy I see
When in my heart I have questioned
And failed to believe
He's been faithful, faithful to me
When my heart looked away, the many times I could not pray
Even then He's been faithful to me

The days I've spent so selfishly, reaching out for what pleased me
Still in love He's been faithful to me
And every time I come back to Him
I see Him waiting with His open arms and I know once again
He's been faithful, faithful to meJ
ust looking back His love and mercy I see
When in my heart I have questioned
And failed to believe
He's been faithful, faithful to me

Here I would like to share a Daily Devotion about Faith.
Have faith in God!

A Throne in Every Heart

That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith. Eph. 3: 17.

God has bought us, and He claims a throne in each heart. Our minds andbodies must be subordinated to Him, and the natural habits and appetitesmust be made subservient to the higher wants of the soul. But we can placeno dependence upon ourselves in this work. We cannot with safety follow ourown guidance. The Holy Spirit must renew and sanctify us. In God's servicethere must be no halfway work. When the heart is cleansed from sin, Christ is placed on the throne thatself- indulgence and love of earthly treasure once occupied. The image ofChrist is seen in the expression of the countenance. The work ofsanctification is carried forward in the soul. Self- righteousness isbanished. There is seen the putting on of the new man, which after Christ iscreated in righteousness and true holiness. "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit ofthe Lord" (2 Cor. 3: 18). Beholding Christ means studying His life as givenin His Word. We are to dig for truth as for hidden treasure. We are to fixour eyes upon Christ. When we take Him as our personal Saviour, this givesus boldness to approach the throne of grace. By beholding we become changed, morally assimilated to the One who is perfect in character. By receiving Hisimputed righteousness, through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit, webecome like Him. The image of Christ is cherished, and it captivates thewhole being. The upward progress of the soul indicates that Jesus bears rule in theheart. That heart through which He diffuses His peace and joy, and theblessed fruits of His love, becomes His temple and His throne. "Ye are myfriends," says Christ, "if ye do whatsoever I command you" (John 15: 14). Give to God the most precious offering that it is possible for you to make;give Him your heart.

miracle - celine dion

"Miracle" is the second promotional single from Céline Dion's album Miracle. It was released on October 11, 2004 in the United Kingdom and Asia.[1]
"Miracle" was written by Linda Thompson and Steve Dorff in 2001 for Dion's album A New Day Has Come to celebrate the birth of her son René-Charles, but the song was never published on that CD.

MIRACLE Lyrics: Linda Thompson Music: Stephen Dorff You're my life's one miracle Everything I've done that's good And you break my heart with tenderness And I confess it's true I never knew a love like this 'til you You're the reason I was born Now I finally know for sure And I'm overwhelmed with happiness So blessed to hold you close The one that I love most Though the future has so much for you in store Who could ever love you more The nearest thing to heaven You're my angel from above Only God creates such perfect love When you smile AT me I cry And to save your life I'd die With a romance that is pure in heart You are my dearest part Whatever it requires I live for your desires Forget my own, your needs will come before Who could ever love you more There is nothing you could ever do To make me stop loving you And every breath I take Is always for your sake You sleep inside my dreams And know for sure Who could ever love you more

As i am listening to this song now, i can't believe how touch i am.

it is a song dedicated to the one you cherished the most in your life. as for celine, it's her baby boy. as for the rest of us, maybe it could someone else...yea, the one whom u really cherished.

I AM CONFUSE

I AM CONFUSE

STILL...

My favourite CHUTNEY

just now i was going out with one of my staff for breakfast. she invited me to this indian stall for an indian breakfast. at first, i didn't want to go out because i've prepared myself with some barley drink with oats in the ofice. so, anyway i just spontaneously said that i agreed to go with her. so, we went. the stall is so modest, and quite a number of people are also visiting the stall. she ordered idlii and i ordered thosai. she drank iced milo and i drank nescafe 'tarik'. so came our food, they served my thosai with coconut chutney and onian chutney. OMG! the onion chutney tasted absolutely delicious and probably the best chutney i've tasted so far. :) i finished my chutney first before my thosai and i went and the aunty to give me more chutney. till now, my mouth has the onion breath. haha...

i went on searching for chutney recipe and i found one which actually looks like it will taste like the aunty's chutney.

Ingredients:

Onion - 1 medium
R.chillies - 4
Ginger - 1 inch
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste - 1/2 tsp
Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
Procedure:

Heat 2 tsp oil and add mustard seeds first. Once they pop, add the chana dal and fry until it turns light brown.
Add R.chillies, Onions, Ginger, Tamarind paste and Coconut one by one in the specified order and fry each of them for about a min.
Grind the mixture along with salt to a thick paste. Yummy Onion-Ginger chutney is ready!

Spirulina Facts
Several years ago, the National Cancer Institute announced sulfolipids from blue-green algae like spirulina were remarkably active in test tube experiments against the AIDS virus.

In 1993-95 , research showed natural polysaccharides in spirulina increased T-cell counts, strengthened the immune system and raised disease resistance in chickens, fish and mice. The animal feed industry is embracing spirulina as a new probiotic to replace overused antiobiotic drugs in animal feeds. In 1994, a Russian patent was awarded for spirulina as a medicine for reducing allergic reactions from radiation in the Children of Chernobyl.

the rare essential fatty acid GLA, sulfolipids, glycolipids and polysaccharides.

Its deep green color comes from its rainbow of natural pigments - chlorophyll (green), phycocyanin (blue) and carotenoids (orange) - that harvest the sun's energy. Easy-to-digest so nutrients are absorbed quickly.

Spirulina is the world's highest beta

carotene food, reducing long-term health risks.
Spirulina beta carotene is ten times more concentrated than carrots. So even if you don't eat the recommended 4 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables every day (most people eat only 1-2, including french fries), get your natural beta carotene insurance from spirulina to help support your body's defences

Spirulina has a rare essential

fatty acid that is a key to health.

Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) in mother's milk helps develop healthy babies. Studies show nutritional deficiencies can block GLA production in your body, so a good dietary source of GLA can be important. Spirulina is the only other whole food with GLA.

Spirulina Benefits
1 Cleansing: Spirulina promotes the body natural cleansing processes. You feel fitter, more cheerful, and you have more energy.

2. Restoring: Spirulina compensates for deficiencies in the diet and stimulates the metabolism. Your physical condition improves noticeably and you recover faster after exertion.

3. Fortifying: Spirulina boosts resistance and activates the body natural defence mechanisms. You feel stronger and are better able to cope with the pressures of everyday life.

Because of its cleansing, restoring and fortifying functions, Spirulina has a wide range of applications. It gives you new energy without taking pep-ups and makes you more alert and stable

The Truth About Diet Soda

We talk a lot about ''watching what we eat,'' but if you never gave a thought to what you ate and instead watched only what you drank, you could probably cut 450 calories a day out of your life. (Yes, nearly a pound of fat loss a week!) That's what a study from the University of North Carolina found. Americans today drink about 192 gallons of liquid a year—or about 2 liters a day. To put it into perspective, this is nearly twice as many calories as we did 30 years ago.

When confronted with the growing tide of calories from sweetened beverages, the first response is, “Why not just drink diet soda?” Well, for a few reasons:

Just because diet soda is low in calories doesn't mean it can't lead to weight gain.

It may have only 5 or fewer calories per serving, but emerging research suggests that consuming sugary-tasting beverages--even if they're artificially sweetened--may lead to a high preference for sweetness overall. That means sweeter (and more caloric) cereal, bread, dessert--everything.

Guzzling these drinks all day long forces out the healthy beverages you need.

Diet soda is 100 percent nutrition-free, and again, it's just as important to actively drink the good stuff as it is to avoid that bad stuff. So one diet soda a day is fine, but if you're downing five or six cans, that means you're limiting your intake of healthful beverages, particularly water and tea.

There remain some concerns over aspartame, the low-calorie chemical used to give diet sodas their flavor.

Aspartame is 180 times sweeter than sugar, and some animal research has linked consumption of high amounts of the sweetener to brain tumors and lymphoma in rodents. The FDA maintains that the sweetener is safe, but reported side effects include dizziness, headaches, diarrhea, memory loss, and mood changes. Bottom line: Diet soda does you no good, and it might just be doing you wrong.

The best way to hydrate is by drinking low-calorie, high-nutrient fluids—and avoiding belt-busting beverages like the 20 Unhealthiest Drinks in America.

Now that you have a hold on your liquid assets, upgrade the rest of your grocery list by avoiding the 13 Worst "Healthy" Foods in the Supermarket. With so many items to choose from, it's easier to fall victim to packaged food lies than you think.
